China plans to launch an artificial moon to light up the night sky



China recently intended to launch worlds first artificial moon to launch in space to light up the night sky.Chengdu aerospace in china plans that by 2020 this artificial satellite will be up in the night sky.This artificial moon of china is expected to be launched from Xichang Satellite Launch Center.

The main objective of this aritificial moon is to replace the street lights in china according to the report which was quoted by Wn Chunfeng ,chairman of Chengdu.It will conserve energy in the streets of china.China takes its step further in the conservation of electricity.

According to the object that has planned by china that this artificial moon would be enough to light the sky bright and it would be also much 8 times brighter then our natural moon.This artificial moon of China will cover a revolve in the orbit much closer than the real moon.But this moon will not cover the whole sky .The moons light can be controlled to light up an area an area of 80km.
